Like companies in our international client base, you need a resource to fill the gap.
The LSC Group LLC is a Licensed CPA Firm that provides consulting, valuation and financial management services to executive and financial officers who require a partner to assist in the application of complex and fragmented accounting standards. We will work with you on both executed and hypothetical transactions or, perhaps, a turn-key solution. We have consulted on transactions such as complex financings, revenue arrangements, business combinations, consolidations and share-based payment arrangements. We are CPAs and CVAs, with extensive experience working with auditors and the SEC. In all instances, our solutions and our deliverables are designed to withstand their scrutiny.
Since our formation, we’ve established ourselves as a niche provider of accounting and consulting services, principally to middle market public companies throughout the United States. More and more, we find ourselves consulting with international companies that have filing requirements in the U.S as well. Our consulting relationships generally arise from referrals from securities lawyers, investment bankers and CPAs whose clients are experiencing difficulties clearing filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Notwithstanding, we’re pleased with the fact that once we help companies meet their initial objectives, they continue to use our services for their transactions on a more proactive basis. They recognize and advise us that our research is sound, our deliverables are clear and concise and their auditors are happy with our work.
