The LSC Group LLC is a licensed CPA Firm that provides valuation and transactional accounting services to executive and financial officers who require seasoned and experienced partners to assist in developing the fair value measurement requirements that are embodied in a large and growing number of financial accounting standards. We assist our international client base by focusing on their more complex executed and hypothetical transactions that require fair value measurements. These transactional areas include financing transactions, business acquisitions, impairment analysis and share based-payment arrangements to name a few. We are both CPAs and Certified Valuation Analysts (CVA), a combination that uniquely qualifies us to provide these services.

We generally serve middle market public and private companies throughout the United States and Internationally that operate among many industry sectors. Very often, the transactional areas we address for our clients are the more material of events during a financial reporting cycle and, accordingly, come under a greater level of scrutiny. We work very closely with our clients’ audit firms to assure their expectations are met. We also assist our clients and their attorneys respond to the routine financial reviews by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that may arise from complex areas or, as they’re known, SEC Hot Buttons.
