Back Office Services
Overview: Back office processes differ from company to company, but generally provide for any company’s most rudimentary accounting processes. These include billing customers, managing vendors and paying employees. They also include the aggregation of information for accounting processing. Early stage companies typically find that establishing back office processes is a time consuming process that distracts from the important activities of executive management. The consequences of failures and problems in poorly designed back offices can be profound. Accordingly, some organizations find outsourcing the back office a perfect alternative.
Services: Our organization provides for the outsourcing of back office functionality to commercial organizations that require this level of services. We coordinate substantially all of the functionality including working with corporate attorneys, insurance carriers and other service providers (e.g., payroll processors). Our objective in providing these services is to ensure an open channel of communication with executive management at all times, including affording executive management visibility to transactional activities in real time.
